FAQ’s
Where do I park?
Complimentary self-parking is available at the MGM National Harbor. You can access the garage via MGM National Ave or Monument Ave. Valet parking is also offered for an additional charge.

Where do I go for the party?
The party is located in MGM Grand Ballroom Salon B/C.
Instructions – Self-Parking
- Come off the elevators and turn either left or right.
- Continue walking past Voltaggio Steak House and through National Market (Food Court) until you get to the Conservatory.
- Take the elevators or escalators to the H-Level (Hotel Level).
- Walk to the MGM Grand Ballroom.
Instructions – Valet Parking
- Arrive at the Hotel Entrance and use Valet Parking.
- Walk through the Lobby, past the Lobby Bar, and past the escalator to the MGM Grand Ballroom.
How do I check-in to the party?
Upon arrival, please proceed to the Grand Ballroom entrance, where you’ll find two check-in tables.
- The list is based on the invited guest, by first name. Your guest’s (+1) name is not on the list.
- If they arrive separately, they will check-in under your name.
Please provide your first name (main invitee) and you will receive:
- A single place card with you and your plus one’s dining selections and table number. Please present this card to the server when you sit down for dinner, so they know which meal to serve you.
- Your raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes!
Complimentary coat check is available for your convenience.
Will there be assigned seating?
Yes, there will be assigned seating by table, you may choose your specific seat. There will be a seating chart located by the Grand Ballroom entrance. We kindly request that you honor the seating chart to ensure a delightful experience by all. Staying in your assigned seat helps us accommodate any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
What is the agenda?
Cocktail Hour: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Seated Dinner & Presentations: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Club Arlo After Party: 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Room Block: For those with a room block at the MGM, please be prepared to provide a CC upon check-in for incidentals. Generally, this is a hold that disappears 1-2 business days after check-out. Arlo Solutions will not cover expenses beyond the room, tax and resort fee. We look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Agenda
The night kicks off with a star studded cocktail hour in the MGM lobby. Enjoy our signature cocktails and hor d'oeurves as you mingle with the rest of the 'A' team.
The ballroom will open up as you walk through the grand entrance. Visit the seating chart and find your seat as the DJ sets the the mood. Enjoy a 4 course meal as Arlo Leadership awards supernova employees and shares their vision for the future.
The second ballroom will open as our meals comes to a close. There will be lounge seating, freshly rolled cigars, and a spectacular dance floor. Welcome to Club Arlo.
As our evening wanes, an artisan pizza bar will open up as a wonderful compliment to our libations. Whether you decide to venture over to the Casino or call it a night, we encourage every 'A' team member to utilize the ride share codes to ensure safe travels home.
