Frequently Asked Questions
Complimentary self-parking is available at the MGM National Harbor. You can access the garage via MGM National Ave or Monument Ave. Valet parking is also offered for an additional charge.
The party is located in MGM Grand Ballroom Salon B/C.
Instructions – Self-Parking:
- When you exit the elevators, turn away from the Tap Sports Bar and head toward the casino.
- Continue walking past Voltaggio Steak House and through National Market (Food Court) until you get to the Conservatory.
- Take the elevators or escalators to the H-Level (Hotel Level).
- Walk to the MGM Grand Ballroom.
Instructions – Valet Parking:
- Arrive at the Hotel Entrance and use Valet Parking.
- Walk through the Lobby, past the Lobby Bar, and past the escalator to the MGM Grand Ballroom.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the Grand Ballroom entrance, where you’ll find two check-in tables.
- The list is based on the invited guest, by first name. Your guest’s (+1) name is not on the list.
- If they arrive separately, they will check-in under your name.
Main invitees provide your First and Last name to receive:
- A single place card with you and your plus one’s dining selections and table number. Please present this card to the server when you sit down for dinner, so they know which meal to serve you.
- Your raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes!
This year we will be playing a variety of casino games to raise the stakes and win big. There will be poker, blackjack, roulette and more. For a refresher on rules:

Every attendee will start with 1k in Arlo play money. At the end of our gameplay, cash in your winnings for raffle tickets. Every 1k equals 1 raffle ticket. Your winnings can then be cast towards one of our three grand prizes
If luck is not your lady, you may visit the loan shark table to receive more Arlo play money. There you may exchange a $20 donation to our non-profit, UrbanPromise, for $1k in Arlo play money and get back in the game.

Club Arlo After Party: 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Government attendees are responsible for determining whether agency approval is required under their internal ethics policies. If so, approval should be secured before attending. Arlo Solutions will provide requested event information to support your agency’s review.
Agenda
The night kicks off with cocktails and casino games. Try your luck at poker, blackjack, or even Arlo roulette. Winning isn't everything, but winning chips will be exchanged for raffle tickets at the end of our cocktail hour. May the odds be in our favor for winning our grand prizes.
The ballroom will open up as you walk through the grand entrance. Visit the seating chart and find your seat as the DJ sets the the mood. Enjoy a 4 course meal as Arlo Leadership awards supernova employees and shares their vision for the future.
The second ballroom will open as our meals comes to a close. There will be lounge seating, freshly rolled cigars, and a spectacular dance floor. Welcome to Club Arlo.
As our evening wanes, a pasta bar will open up as a delicious compliment to our libations. Whether you decide to venture over to the Casino or call it a night, we encourage every 'A' team member to utilize the ride share codes to ensure safe travels home.
