Emmanuel Matos Joins Arlo Solutions as Director of Information Technology
WASHINGTON, DC – (September 18, 2026) – Arlo Solutions announced today that Emmanuel “Manny” Matos has joined the company as Director of Information Technology. In this role, Matos will lead Arlo’s technology strategy, cybersecurity, IT operations, and digital capabilities, with a focus on advancing secure, scalable technology solutions that support Arlo’s continued growth.

Matos brings more than 22 years of leadership experience spanning information technology, cybersecurity, cyber operations, enterprise risk management, technology program management, and organizational readiness.
Prior to joining Arlo, Matos served as a U.S. Air Force cyberspace officer in senior leadership positions across the Department of the Air Force, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S. Special Operations Command, U.S. Strategic Command, and other joint and international organizations.
At the Department of the Air Force headquarters, Matos served in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, first supporting the CIO as a senior executive officer and later helping lead the department’s Cybersecurity Risk Management Division. He later led readiness programs at t the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) focused on organizational readiness, operational training, and developing a highly capable cyber workforce. Throughout his career, Matos has led technology organizations and multidisciplinary teams in the United States and internationally, including assignments supporting NATO and U.S. special operations.
Matos holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
