Frequently Asked Questions

We know that transitioning to a new employer can bring a lot of questions. This FAQ is designed to provide clear answers to help you navigate your onboarding at Arlo with confidence. If you have additional questions, our Onboarding Team is here to support you.

Day 1

  • How will I submit my I-9 verification?
    • You will share the documents during your video onboarding. Afterwards, you will be instructed to upload them into ADP, our HR Management system. View acceptable I-9 Documents.
  • What will my orientation look like?
    • Arlo’s onboarding experience combines technology and our human-centric culture. You will be given access to a self-paced onboarding course with key information about your first day, benefits, security requirements, and system access. You’ll also have a welcome call and a check-in call at the end of your first week with our Engagement Manager, Tia Bracey.

  • When and how will I set up my health insurance?
    • As a new employee, you are eligible for health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a retirement savings plan. Benefits enrollment opens five days after your start date. You can enroll through ADP TotalSource during your dedicated enrollment window. You can also review your Arlo Solutions Benefits here.
