Tia Bracey-Muganda, Employee Engagement Manager
🎯 Role: Guides you through the onboarding process and ensures a seamless transition

- Scheduling security badging appointments (CAC issuance, access credentials)
- Coordinating program onboarding forms required for contract compliance
- Helping with onboarding logistics (meeting schedules, transition timelines)
- General inquiries if you’re unsure where to go for assistance

🎯 Role: Manages employee benefits and navigating through HR information system and policies.

- Benefits enrollment & eligibility (health, dental, vision, 401k, and insurance options)
- Payroll setup (direct deposit, tax forms, paycheck issues)
- HR policies and compliance (PTO, leave of absence, handbook guidance)
- Completion of HR-related forms (I-9, W-4, direct deposit setup)

Kelly Bui, Senior Payroll Specialist
🎯 Role: Oversees timekeeping and payroll processing.

- Timesheet submissions (Costpoint guidance, charge codes, reporting hours correctly)
- Payroll inquiries (Pay schedule, overtime, timecard deadlines)
- Compliance with semi-monthly payroll policies (1st–15th and 16th–end of month reporting)
