Washington, DC (February 3, 2026) — Arlo Solutions announced today that Kat Reader has joined the company as Business Development Manager. In this role, Reader will focus on cultivating client relationships, advancing capture strategies, and expanding Arlo’s mission-aligned pipeline in support of government customers.

Reader brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in business development, account management, and corporate strategy supporting federal civilian, law enforcement, and intelligence community agencies.

Prior to joining Arlo, Reader held senior business development and capture leadership roles at ManTech International, CACI International, and Parsons Federal, where she directed strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and emergency preparedness programs. Earlier in her career, she served in senior federal positions at the Department of Energy and the U.S. Postal Service, focusing on security, safety, and interagency coordination.

Reader holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is an active member of industry associations including NDIA, SAME, PSC, ATARC, and ACT-IAC. Outside of her professional work, Reader serves as a Director for The Foxie G Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to animal rescue.
